Mephisto 9A - the cross letters I have are LE_WO_E_and the only answer Chambers gives for that combination is LEGWOMEN. Not happy with it but the other letters seem right. Best of luck.

I think you have the answer pjwillcox, especially as it relates to "Press" i.e. reporter in the clue ..........
