Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

I've got the quiz juliely, but like many others I have several quizzes on the go, and a few of them have similar closing dates, so I've not really had chance to look at this quiz yet.

It doesn't help that Christmas is looming with the extra work that that entails at work, never mind the present buying, wrapping, food preparation etc etc. Looking forward to finishing work tomorrow, hopefully I'll get round to the quizzes then.

Look out for my postings soon, no doubt I'll need lots of help.

juliely I have given several answers to this - try searching for scout quiz as that is probably what my thread was called - or just as me but as I have sent mine off I will need the numbers of the questions you want and I wont be able to tell you why anymore

Hi Poodledoo. Sorry you've found the quiz too difficult. I had made it a bit harder this year to distinguish people better as I was tending to find most people got just about everything correct.

As a consequence, whilst the overall winner will get �20, there is also a random �5 prize to be awarded to one of the entries, irrespectve of score, so feel free to enter even if you haven't got all the answers.

Thanks for the feedback, though. Next year I'll try to pitch it a bit easier.

Well I had never done it before and did find an enjoyable challenge. It made a change from one where you know that if you google you will find the answers even if it takes a bit of work
