My last one. Can anyone help please?
11a: nearby the broken biscuit (11)
I have A?E?N?T?Y but can't find any word to fit. I think all my letters are correct.
Also, 5d, is the third word THESE or THOSE? Both would fit. I'm tending towards THOSE but wondered what others thought.
Thanks.

I guessed it was an anagram but must confess that I've never heard of such a thing. It sounds Scottish, so as I live in South London maybe that's the reason. I'm off to the supermarket later and am going to ask them whether they have any Abernethy biscuits!!
