Try multiply,add,subtract,divide to give 1.4

(Using brackets as well you could get lower, eg

6 - ( 2+3) x (5/6) = 5/6 )

Multiply, add, divide, minus, gives an answer of -3

6 x 2 =12
12 + 3 = 15
15 div. by 5 = 3
3-6 = -3
I think the two suggestions above (1.4 and -3) would both need brackets to show exactly what has to be divided by 5.
Glad to be corrected if I'm wrong.
However, if you can use brackets

6 div by (2+3) - (5x6) = - 28.8
Sorry. I forgot to add one without brackets.
6 div by 2 + 3 - 5 x 6 = -24
Clayhead is correct without brackets as answer minus 24 does require them:

6/2 + 3 - (5x6) = - 24 (answer 6 without brackets)
