Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

I know we have plenty of time and I havent finished it but this one is driving me mad

If you are doing it or seen previous posts it has to follow a pattern so although I want to put maribou I cant make it fit unless I have loads of others wrong
I think it has 5 or 6 letters

Are you doing this quiz ?
I didnt want to spoil it for others but earlier the pattern has been given in alphabetical in groups with the number of letters increasing (hope that makes sense)
so I have
Quick (5) - swift
the stork one so as I say can be 5 or 6 letters
Part of a polo game - I had put chukka
Ring dove or wood pigeon - I havent done
Private eye hired to find the Maltese - Falcon
so the stork definitely has to fit between
swift and falcon

I have chukar for the polo question and cushant for the dove one. Hope they are right!
