I enjoy trying my skill with the Mail on Sunday crossword. I have won 4 times in last 2 years but could NEVER have done it without the help from here. Where you lot get some of the answers from beats me (I try Google, encyclopedias etc but cannot always get an answer I always donate the prize to charity - usually air ambulance, hospice or spinal injuries
If you click on Reverse Dictionary...top right corner, and put keywords in, you get some suggestions. It is quite useful...Sarumite taught me that one!! :-))
The New Shorter Oxford Dictionary CD also can give you an answer if you have some letters. Just put in the letters with question marks for the spaces and see what comes up. It also has a bit for unravelling anagrams.
Congratulations.
I've been doing it for over 4 years and not a sniff, pleased you can afford to donate the prize perhaps you get devine help.
Keep it up.
