KM Links Game ~ May week 1 ~ Results

Good morning all � I'm standing in for our "leading lady" seekeerz once again this morning, but she'll be back later in the day to do all the paperwork and post the first scores in the race to be champion of the month of May.

It may be a little later than usual, but that shouldn't cause us any problems!

The linked match words will shortly be posted below to enable Steff to do her stuff, when she returns.

The scores and Leader Board will then be posted, so watch this space!! (S) ☺☺

Good morning sarumite I am actually skulking round the back blocks and managed a very late entry for this week.
My computer is hanging on by it's fingertips, I'm expecting the worst every time I switch on, but it has at least got me to the point now where I can get it looked at with time up my sleeve.

It's Bank Holiday here and my newsagent wont be open until 0800 ... so will now get dressed and make the long journey!!

My diary says that it is May Bank holiday in Australia - NT and Labour Day in Australia - QLD.
Why is Australia - SA not included?
Bad behaviour by the inhabitants thereof, perhaps?

Each state has a Labour Day holiday, but not on the same day [ of course !!] SA has theirs in October and I think it is tied to The Eight Hour Day, whenever that was adopted in each State.

What's today for and what's new?

Well here it is the bay colt born at about 2.45 this morning !!

Yes, well, that was the week that wasn't !!

Firstly, the bad news - both Black Bean and North West had no takers, so bonus points went begging there.

<Aquagility took out the first bonus points with Shelter Belt, then joto came along with Apron Stage, closely followed by lysander who also scored bonus points for the same and picked up another one point for a good guess.

In the good guess department JMR27 & crofter both picked up two points while another seven entrants scored one point.

So our Leader Board at this early stage looks like this -

lysander - 3 points

Aquagility, joto, JMR27 & crofter - 2 points


So the rest of us had better brush up our game, whilst drowning our sorrows and licking our wounds and getting ready to do it all again next weekend - till then, cheers S
