I'm trying to get my head round cryptic crosswords, I'm not at all good with them :o(

I'm good - wasting time on AB instead of cooking, cleaning................. no contest ! Better shake myself, caveman will be home in 10 mins looking for his tea,( he's a teddy bear really,)
