Help! I'm really stuck on 4 clues this week:

(this one might be TENUTO, but I thought this was Italian for "held")

hollow = armpit. which is oxter. oxer is a jumping hurdle with t for ton in it.

4.part of the answer tenuto can be explained... do = ut, a symbol used to represent the first note in the scale, i.e. doh + o (ring) after ten ("large" number). I wonder if it's got something to do with the song Jerusalem...if it's played in tenuto i.e. sustained? Then again I could be on the wrong tack altogether!

I'm a musician, so I understood everything except the the connection with Jerusalem (unless there's a Jerusalem in Italy!)
