Welcome to the third week of our accomplished setter, Queen Dustybun. For me personally, by far the most important event that has occurred this week is that I have become a Granddad for the first time. Harry Daniel was born on Tuesday morning at 7.30am weighing 7lb 11oz. He is absolutely perfect and Mother (Laura) and child are doing extremely well. MY son, Daniel, is a very proud father. Seeing us all together gives one a sense of historical continuity!
Good evening everybody.
Congratulations to crofter, I'm quite experienced in the grandchildred department - I have eight of them
The start of lent could be the theme of this weekends links, although dustybun usually gives a bit of her history and bases the theme on an aspect of that.
Whatever, I hope to increase my monthly score of nil.
just a flying visit to the shrubbery before my necessary early night - hope you're not all raging drunk although I know there is a good excuse tonight.
Steff, if you are still around, it intrigues me that your "Answers" always appear two lines lower than everyone else's. Is it an Oz thing, or is it something you do yourself? Now where did I put that hot water bottle? :0)
if this link works and anyone wants cheering up after all the bad weather we think we've had, there are eight good views on this AND you can go through the 24 hours on the right of each picture. Makes ours seem not so bad!!
Just popping in and out. Had to say 'congratulations' to Crofter. " For Harry, St. George and England" or some such. Now I know it's time to go to bed.
that's a bit like saying I shall give up evil thoughts but only while I'm asleep!! :0)
But you are right about Victoria - I don't think I could cope with that.
