Think it might be Infinity ( Inn- Tavern)
Infinity- endless
Yet, why, nocando do you not put how many letters besides the clue or a please or thank you?

Hi Bea - dr b is spot on with Barsac which is a French white wine, very nice too! Tavern is 'Bar' and Sack is another wine, this time from Spain. Endless Sack, drop the K for 'Sac'. Hope this is helpful, Regards ja.

Interesting, JohnAlex, very interesting for sure. Never heard of the wine( mind you not a wine conoisseur as drink alcohol very seldomly) or aware of the expression yet pleased to know this as well as the explanation. Wish, on another note, that all posters would put how many letters next to clue + a please or thank you- takes very little effort yet means much!!
