17, 19, 21, 48, 50 and 51. I have tried hard by Googling etc but am stumped. Any help would be gratefully received.

Sorry 51 is one I haven't got that I forgot about. I thought it was Medusa but can't find image on Google.

Well done thats another brilliant quiz ruined and all these answers are googable may take a couple of weeks but they are all on there.
And this comment is no way aimed at magyar who tried to keep it to clues so it wasnt spoiled for the rest still trying to finish it.

oddboddy I actually answered Miss Boots who did ask for answers! It has been said before that anyone who doesn't need answers, or even clues, has no need to even be on this site! This is quite a hard quiz, a lot of people, including me, have Googled etc unsucessfully, which is why they seek help on the ANSWER bank! It's not called the 'Give Us A Clue Bank' or the ' For The Clever And Patronising Bank'! On saying that I do agree that if people only ask for clues that's what they should be given.
Now I've got that off my chest I will carry on and try and sort out the theme. Good luck everyone who, like me, is still struggling.

Yes fair enough but couldnt you have offered the answers offline rather than just post them here and spoil it for others. This is a brilliant quiz the setter put many hours in to make and its unfair on her. Too many good quizzes are finishing because of this and alot of quizzers who dont cheat are giving up because of it too so thats less being sold each time. A bit of thought before posting answers on here could still help others and leave the enjoyment factor for others. Just because someone asks for an answer doesnt mean they deserve to get it and just because they say they've looked doesnt mean they have after all no-one is going to actually say I havent attempted this so please let me copy your answers are they?

Fair comment oddboddy, but I don't actually know how to answer off-line. I will try to only give clues in future although I have seen people protesting about those on here too, i.e. the clues being too easy!

You can answer offline by swopping email addresses thats what I do and I know a lot of others do too.
