a clue for you
Its a picutre from a famous fantasy artist but you prob worked that out already anyway
the title of the piece has the same name of an american series (at least 3 seasons so far) of a town in Kansas (the towns name is the same as the piece) about the aftermath on nuclear attacks

hope thats not too easy or too cryptic
