Well, we're coming to the penultimate lap and starting to head for home now. At this point in time, I can see that Dusty Wabbit out in front and a group of baying hounds close behind singing "Wun Wabbit, Wun Wabbit, Wun, Wun, Wun!" However, Dusty knows she is quite safe and expects one of the following pack to eventually succeed!
I know that Steff has enjoyed her dual role involvement, but will be quite happy to go back to her own little corner of the world when it's over. As for me, I have enjoyed reading her preamble each week ~ showing us aspects of a life so different to our own! However, as far as the Link Game is concerned, this weekend I am looking forward to awarding a few more points before the sacred abacus turns from "trusty" to "rusty"!
Won't be here next week as I'm off to Norfolk for a golf break..doubt if I'll be able to get on to a PC to do the links either, although with my pitiful scoring this month it won't make any difference.
Goodnight and sleep well, sorry to hear that Reg is still suffering.
Didn't tell you all did I?
The 'man flu' last week turned out to be Celluilitis!
Saturday morning Reg had a swollen leg...and has been quite ill all week with a cut on said leg from work. He is off for another 2 weeks!! Help!!!
what do you mean - no-one's looking ??? crofter has his spies all over the place and I don't fancy being turned on the rack of the 'sacred abacus' - very sorry, but NO !!
The beads on crofters abacus haven't been worn down by my efforts this month....and your abacus hasn't done any work on my behalf with the KM links either!
