I have a friend wanting to join answerbank, I can't help her as have no recollection as to what I did !!!. Can someone please help us, she has a laptop & is on Broadband.

Thanks mamyalynne,she is able to access answerbank but unable to sign in so that she can ask questions,will have to visit her to see if I can help.
