too unpleasant - like the guy in the spaghetti movies?

?A?E?E?S and why?

Also why is 'problem about copper - short, fat and beefy' MUSCULAR? (M-S-U- - -)
I can see copper = CU and perhaps short fat = Lar(d)

Nameless - as "The Man with no Name" & "unspeakable; unpleasant"
Muscular - 'sum' (problem, about), then as you have it
Nameless (the man with no name - the Clint Eastwood character - in the Spaghetti Westerns)
problem is SUM -reversed (about) and LAR(D) is short fat
