What with daylight saving arriving here in Oz before it does in the UK and the fact that the Spring Racing carnival has just commenced I'm rather at sixes and sevens today [ and didn't win any money either !! ]

Last week ladyh got off to a flying start and heads the pack for now, but who will latch onto the "curly" one[s] Kate has picked out for this weekend - we'll find out on Monday, remembering that the game stays open till midnight Sunday and answers can have any number of letters.

Good afternoon Steff and thanks for running this intriguing game. I got a lot of stick from my children for my "occasional table" which they thought sounded very stupid. I can remember some years ago Denis Norden on TV asking "what is an occasional table the rest of the time"?, which went unanswered!
