can anyone please give clues to help with the answers to:

94. Municipal officers encountered in foreign travels. (7)

I've searched the web, googled etc but am still perplexed.... any help would be gratefully received.

64. anagram of end and the number 1 in bingo
90. Beginning and end of Denmark, another word for beer and beginning of Sweden
84) Number 10 refers to the answer to Clue 10

94) anagram of the last word in the clue

96) an american term for someone who 'passes' dud cheques etc // also a task that an interioe decorator would do on the walls of a room

Still really stuck on number 84, perhaps I have the answer to number 10 wrong, any further clues for either would be appreciated

10 is a four letter word for smug followed by some leading letters.
84 is only six letters - take a couple from the answer to 10
