Lag-jetted, so not too good on the keyboard tonight, but a great trip to see the son-and-heir.
Lordalex is still in recovery.
I trust all went well in my absence ? Are the livestock all comfortable ?
I have brought some Maple Sugar sweets for the raffle. Hardly sucked at all.
And a knitted star spangled banner that I ran up on the aeroplane.

I'm back from the cellar.....gosh it's chilly down there. Did someone leave the back door open ?
Anyway I've found a couple of bottles of Bulgarian Bull's Blood. That should keep the chill out.
Thank you for your good wishes, Mamya and Alex...I'm delighted to say that the plane was fully lagged and the nice boys brought me a lovely pillow and blanket so I would be cosy. Fortunately the blanket was big enough to tear into strips to restrain lordalex. It was either that or handcuff him in the galley. (Not a place any man would want to be handcuffed.)
