KM Links Game - January 2010 - week 1

Good morning everyone and a Happy Hew Year to all. I've finally worked out that it's Saturday and we have a new year, a new month and a new contest ready to go. There will be NO discussion as to whether or not it's the start of a new decade - I can't make sense of any of the arguements, for or against, so that's where we'll leave it !!!

I do hope you all had a good Christmas and for the most part, not too severely snowed in or snowed under or just generally snowed !!! We managed a lovely cool day with a sunny afternoon and no problems eating Christmas lunch - just walking around afterwards was hard enough.

Now, what has Kate got in store for us for the start of this year - today's words are -

and I think this'll give rise to a fair number of combinations and hopefully lots of points, so Good Luck to all, remembering anyone is more than welcome to join in, the contest closes midnight Sunday and also, that there will be no MM Links this weekend, crofter is giving the sacred abacus a grease and oil change or as you all know it, its MOT and they will all return next weekend. You were right about the car boot.They finished end November and restart mid March.I still wake around 6.30am.Lots more snow here yesterday.
