Phew!!!! thanks Neome21 I thought it was just me, I am not the brightest of people but this has really got me stumped on a lot.

I am very new to this sort of thing and I am finding it very interesting, especially at the end of the day it helps a charity too.

Could you please enlighten me about when you said 'another thread' that you had been talking about it, what is 'another thread' ? and how can I browse this. What other sites are there like this or am I not supposed to ask these sort of questions?

Rubbish excuse but it true, sorry Naomi24, I am trying to type with a broken arm, not very well as you can see.

No need to apologise. To explain, a thread is a series of answers to a question. We are at this moment typing in the thread headed 'All Containers Great and Small'. To browse threads, just go into any section and click on any question that takes your interest. That will open the whole thread to show you all the answers given to that question.

Sorry, I don't know if there are any other sites like this. I have enough trouble finding time to keep up with this one. :o)

As for the quiz, it really isn't easy. In fact it's about the most difficult I've come across. You need a good dictionary - a Chambers if possible - and plenty of googling. The clues are very cryptic and the answers are often words you've never heard of. Good luck with it - and I hope the arm mends soon. x

Thank you very much Naomi24 you have been very helpful and kind. I appreciate what you have told me and it has made feel a lot better you telling me that it is a hard one to do, I thought I was really really thick.

I will have a go it is a good challenge, it is a good job the closing date is a long way off.
