As I am not sure whether her Ladyship has returned from her travels in New England, I am happy once again to invite you all to pop in.

There is a large selection of tailcocks on the side buffet table and some warm melton mowbrays pies straight from the aga. That should cheer us on a damp and chilly bank holiday weekend.

I feel turnout will be low tonight, so perhaps any donated items could go into a bran tub instead of the non raffle (that should appease the committee-whoever they are)

Feeling a bit woozy after that camel ride and there dont seem to be many of us left. Chis and fips are in the upper lower dining room, mushy peas in the large tureen. Do I rub the camel down as I do with mladies horses or do camels just stand and sweat?
