The KM Links Game - September week 1 results

Good morning all - it's a much quieter day here after flooding rain and blowing 'ooligans, luckily we avoided the earthquake, that went to NZ - what's the world coming to ??

Interesting little mix of words to match our Saturday selection, I'm almost surprised nobody collected all four: as it was, the best made 3 points with two correct - more on that later though. The matches were -

Cast Iron
Gear Stick
Basic English
Trade Union

So nothing wayout there and 13 entrants, namely london_lassy, cliffyg, owllady. roslyn251254, teacher1, cpfcrosiel, ChrisHewat, Magyar, stevie, paulineward, rogerr, eccles & seekeerz all started the new month with 3 points and a further 21 have opened their tally with 1 point.

Lovely to see rogerr amongst the entries - welcome back, it's been a while.

So after quite a good start to the month, we'll all reconvene same time, same place next Saturday to carry on the excellent work and hopefully another bumper load of points, till then have a good week and I'll catch you later.... Steff

uhoh, not a good start to the month - Gill G, apologies, I read along the wrong line and put teacher1 in, instead of you, you had the 2 correct and three points so all will be corrected in next week's leader board. thank heavens you lot keep me on the right track.
