Good morning to all MM linkers (that is, those who have decided not to hibernate now that winter is well and truly approaching).

This week's preamble will be fairly brief, as I have spent most of this week being patronised by my two-year granddaughter. On the positive side, she has taught me how to work her mother's iPad.

In any case, my biography over the next few decades [viz. moving to England, getting married, having four children as well as a career] has become a kaleidoscopic blur.

Made it back from Sunny Blackpool, saw quite a few strictly stars as they came out in between spray tan sessions and rehearsals. Gavin had definitely been tangoed. When the results are published I might wish I hadn't bothered, still you never know I might scrape a point.
