17(D) could possibly be 'ration' but I can't find a word beginning with 'R' for 17(A)

Also, is 21(A) 'HYMN' ?

I have done crossword and hymn is right for 21a but it would have helped to have been given the clue

All done now I think??? - Ladyalex, the clue for 21(A) was: Carol's man is object in report ?Y?N I could only think of hymn and cyan.
