Of the 80 I have a few left, they are all Car Makes or Models. e.g Sounds like a Norfolk resort (5) = Croma. English Cardinal = Wolsey etc

1. Musical form & type of composition(6)
2. A notorious seadog (6)
3. Add SE to an entrance (7)
4. A splendid assemblage (6)
5. Part ot the 50 (7)
6. Traveller for the sake of 48 (8)

and
7. Pirate privateering vessel (7) Corsair or Caravell ??

I don't have any answers I'm afraid but did a quiz similar where it took me an age to realise that questions like 5 and 6 above, made references to answers of questions 50 and 48 already answered in the quiz rather than those particular numbers having any relevance by themselves.

I apologise if this isn't the case or has already occurred to you!

48. Finding about the unknown = Discovery
50. Imaginary heavenly belt = Corona

I looked up seadog in Chambers and one meaning was 'a beast like a talbot'. I'm sure there used to be a model of car called a Talbot. Perhaps you can investigate further
i think that the Imaginary heavenly belt is ZODIAC. (The corona is real.)

And then 5 Part of the Zodiac is the SCORPIO.

Both Fords.
In heraldry a seadog is described as "talbot-like", a talbot being a kind of hound.

Talbot is a car manufacturer.
