Why Does My Left Eye Twitches A Little At Times?

why does my left eye twitches a little at times? this only happens in my left eye for some reason and at school. also what can i do to make my body stop doing what it is doing because it's kinda annoying.

It's called a tic. It's usually linked to periods of nervousness, anxiety etc in our lives and lots of people have had it at one time or another. Are you under stress right now? Any stress at school over exams or results etc? It will pass and it's rarely permanent - one day you'll wake up and it'll be gone.

You can't stop your body doing it as it's part of the nervous system over which you have no control. It's very annoying but give it time and it will stop.

It's quite common, and nothing to worry about. I've often had them...but I can go years without any.

There's not usually any cause for any slight twitch in the body, only if it's repetitive enough to encroach on your life do you need to investigate it.
