well unless your taking the *&^� I think you mean how many times bigger is the Sun than the moon:

Diameter of Sun = 1,390,000km; Moon 3476km
so the sun is 400 times as big in diameter.

Mass of the Sun = 1.989E30kgs; Moon 7.35E22Kgs
so the sun is 27,061,224 times the mass of the moon.

To follow up Looseheads answer, the (surface) area would be about 160 000 times bigger, and the volume 64 000 000 times bigger.

From the Earth, both objects look about the same size, with the Moon slightly bigger than the Sun on some occasions, and sometimes the other way round depending on exact distances between.

Bringing together items from both Loosehead and Gnu's posts answers why the moon can cover the surface of the sun during an eclipse viewed from earth. As well as being 400 times larger in diameter than the moon, the sun is 400 times farther away from the earth, hence the seeming paradox...
