how about dr wats his face.

An individual blood cell takes about 60 seconds to make a complete circuit of the body, so you can work it out from that!

This may help:-

Blood_circulation

In one day your heart transports all your blood around your body about 1000 times. If you took all of the blood vessels out of an average adult and laid them out in one line, the line would be over 100000 miles long. You do the math!!

Not only does it depend on the person, their heart rate, their blood pressure and what they are doing at the time, but it also depends upon where the blood is in the body. For example human aortas have a diameter of about 1 cm and the average speed of blood moving in
these tubes is about 20 cm/s. The average diameter of a human capillary is about 7μm (micromillimetres or 7 millionths of a mm) in which there is an average blood flow velocity of about 0.07 cm/s.
