Done a Firewalk but a glass walk?
Did a firewalk for charity which was fantastic & I could understand the how & why my feet didn't burn. However, the next charity fund raiser is a walk on glass & I can't get my head round this one. Obviously it wouldn't be allowed if it was dangerous but how does it work?

If an average person has a weight of 800 Newtons and lies on 800 nails then each nail has a force of only 1 Newton pushing up: not enough to penetrate the skin. Now imagine the stunt with only 8 nails!
I'm assuming the glass is broken? This doesn't sound like a sensible charity fund-raiser to me!

yeah, that'll be quite a challenge. Walking on broken glass with your shoes on.
I did a firewalk for charity once. We left the fire for a couple of weeks, just to make sure it was out. Then we did the glass walk thing. With wellies on.
Next week, we up the ante. Nail bed. 6 nails. Just grinding all the nails down right now.
Whatt??????????????????
