what new info on this has been announced by NASA? I have just heard that they are making an anouncement at 10.30 and now my son wants to know what it is all about.

well just read that out to my son and it's the first time i have seen him impressed since I bought him his telescope!!!

Oh my lad has been mad on it for 15 years now, and his son , though only 8, is so clued up, they are staying up now to watch this, and my grandson is at school tomorrow, i hope it isn't a let down, they are already working out what the implications are !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi dot do you know you can follow the sightings of the International space station. Been some super sightings over here in uk if you type in Spaceweather .com you will get links from there to what is going on times ect and info on astronomy.Some more links are HUMAN SPACEFLIGHT(HSF) SIGHTINGS and HUMAN SPACEFLIGHT(HSF)ORBITAL TRACKING also more info at NASA INTERNATIONAL SPACE STATION. also SKY AND TELESCOPE.COM INTERACTIVE.
On these nasa sites your son can see the space shuttle landing back here our time 1.02am houston time so check out our time should be 5 hours difference will check. you may already know of these but if you have a problem finding them let me know and will try and help.
