A friend asked me to find out what he should eat to build up Stamina, what kind of foods should he choose, he is 76 years old.

believe it or not, but regular and free bowel movement is one of the important factors for good stamina.

Let's make it simple. Just tell him to eat a good, varied diet with minimal saturated fats and keep his alcohol consumption down. A daily vitamin and mineral supplement would not go amiss too.

Exercise of any type should not be undertaken in anyone of that age without consulting a GP first especially since we know nothing of the gentleman's medical history.

Some types of meditation need a fair degree of joint and muscle flexibility. Can we be certain that the gentleman concerned has such flexibility?
