well we've all seen it in sci-fi films where lasers are used to preform milli second surgery and then the hero's on his feet without a care in the world...........now my question is have'nt they yet invented a laser that can cut through everything including the bone, that can cauterize the wound and make surgery faster, less messy and safer? if they have why are they not using it more frequent? what are the pro's and cons of using lasers?
