Past Weather Forecasts

Hi,

Does anyone know if there is a free way of finding out what the weather was on a particular day at a particular place in the UK?

Looking for a date in October 2008.

No Chance...only place is the Met Office and they'll charge for it. If it's an insurance job the costs will be covered by the insurers

How about looking through your local newspaper website. It may have backdated news-events-weather etc if you put in a date! Good luck!
