convert them both to metres instead of mm it makes it very simple

the way you have put the question your only going to need one sheet and you will have to cut that down a lot to fit!!

how are you getting a flooring "sheet" about 1.5miles wide delivered?

I'm guessing you're a little confused in the measurements you've given, and that you mean 11.4 square metres, and the flooring is 2400mm x 600mm?
To give an exact answer - and assuming you don't want little offcuts on the floor in places - can you tell us how long the room is x how wide?

I guess that with the 600mm width, you are laying some type of fabricated imitation floorboard.
8 sheets will cover 11.52 square metres but doesn't leave much for matching patterns. Best to get 9 sheets with the proviso that you can return one sheet if you don't need it.
