start off with:

making up the reference

saying it says something it doesnt

referring to yourself

failing to cite an important reference which supports the argt


failing to cite and impt ref that undermines your argt


examples needed for all this - which I will leave to the reader

and finally say it is the editor's fault alot of the time for not spotting it

I have known Sing987 since very young and can couch for the fact that the family is honest, and upright, singh is a brilliant mathematician, linguist, has a PhD in astronomy and is a registered financial advisor and sex therapist, who I am sure will fit into your organisation like a glove.......?
