Do you just have spuds, or do you run the whole gamut of roots? Roast with the joint, boiled, steamed or creamed?

I thought we were talking footballers and hotel rooms with that title.......
Carrots, peas and the obligatory sprouts (which I love!)- steamed. I always do yorkshire puddings too.
Roast parsnip with beef; mashed swede with pork; carrots with any roast.
I roast parsnips, and potatoes. Boil carrots and other veg - we never eat sprouts (nobody likes them) I also cook potatoes Lyonnaise
Always carrots, always parsnips and swede when I can be bothered. Pots always roasted.

B00 - Sprouts are for Christmas only! :-)
Am fan of roast parsnip, onions, potatoes and carrots. Easier than boiling as no draining or mashing.

honey roast carrots and parsnips with mine, just par-steam the carrots and parsnips for about 5-10 mins, have a roasting tin/tray with a small amount of oil in it pre-heating in it in the oven then put the carrots and parsnips in it and roast for about 15-20 min, add a good drizzle of honey and some freshly ground black peeper. for the last 5 mins.

I always use whole baby carrots and parsnips.

Sound lush Dave. I usually add a bit of wholegrain mustard to my honey. Gives it a slight kick.
