Just popped in to say goodnight .Scan went well .Breathe out ,breathe in .
Nice, friendly and very understanding staff in the scanning unit, mind you we got home pushing eight 'o clock .
Hope all is well with the Woofies and everyone is OK ...
Sweet dreams folks .Nighty Nite .
Lol Neti ...I can remember my Mum waiting up for me .
I came in brandishing a pint of milk one morning .
And there she was in all her glory, pinny on , with a broom in her hand ......
I dodged the broom and was up the stairs as if Old Nick was after me .
In fact I often came home just as the milkman arrived .
She got used to it after a while :)
Being a stupid Mother type person I managed to deny myself (and Mr LL) internet access for a couple of days. Son came to the rescue fairly quickly as Mr LL neds internet access for work and remotely fixed it last night from his house.
Will catch up later, but am scuttling about doing things before Mr LL takes me to Cromer for an MRI scan on my feet.
Shaney my ultrasound scan on my tum next week and N&N is at 5.30pm, which is just great because I will catch all the traffic on the A47, grrrrr. Glad the scan went well yesterday for Mr Shaney.
Hope all is well with the Woofs - I shall check later.
Hope Hija is home - My parents never waited up for me and I too used to come in as the milkman arrived on many occasions. I know my Mum didn't sleep properly though until I got in - Dad just didn't worry!!
Good for mr s hope everything else goes as smoothley.
I wasn't really waiting up for her, was watching BB bit on the side (I know, I know) She came in at 1.20 so I was in bed but relieved to hear her!
Thinking of the woofies with love and hope xx
Talk of Brighton rockers. In the 60's my dad had a little motorbike and he puttered away all over the place, and one day he got caught up with the Rockers and there were so many he just had to go along with them as he couldn't turn off anywhere.
. Finally the Police stopped them at Beachy Head and were amazed to see my little old dad there, they laughed when he explained and so did the Rockers, Bless him, still makes me giggle.
my dad was a bike nut back in the 30s... I was browsing old newspapers on the net a while ago and startled to find he'd actually been charged with embezzling from his employers to buy his bike. Fortunately he was fined rather than sent away, and was a model citizen thereafter. (As are his children, of course.)
A'noon all...had some bush trimming done so now I've got to go out & sweep up properly.
Hope you're all as well as etc & well done Mr S, I'm pleased for you both that the scan went well.
My Dad was the proud owner of the first chrome motorbike in East Sussex, an Ambassador if I remember correctly although I probably don't. He was going up the steep hill to Beach Head with mum on the back and she slipped off and he didn't notice until he stopped to look at the lighthouse, he had to go back, she was furious with him (and twas ever thus!) Rushing hither and thither to leave house tidy and all washed clean and ironed.
right, Stan the man has whizzed through my computer problems in a few minutes, got my iTunes up and running, changed all my Permissions etc etc, so that's my health problems solved. I hope others go as well.

Hi All Just called in to say goodnight. I've had a crip day with telephones. Mobile rubbish on the phone to Orange for 1½ hours in 2 calls with no success and then I'd bought a new land line that took me nearly all day to work oiut.
Anyway I'm happy that the scan went well for Mr S. and hope he is alright, And Mr and Mrs Woofy are getting through things well and Mr W improving. I gave you some special thoughts yesterday in my quiet times at Tai Chi. Safe journey Neti!! ;¬)
Pleased your scan went ok too Lottie. Keep warm now!
oh, you'll find it greatly changed, neti... the city centres have all been razed by rioters, an Islamic republic has been declared, Primark is wobbling
