Coloured Jeans For Older Ladies

Well not so much couldn't as wouldn't Anne. i'm small, and getting older, in my head you've to be statuesque and young to be able to pull off the coloured jeans look off.

But like I said ,each to their own.

I think it depends on what you pair with them - red jeans with a nice cream jacket with perhaps a bit of red piping would look nice - but with a yellow hoody might look at bit Ceebeebies ;-).

I bought a pair of skinny jeans, burnt orange colour just before i saw everyone wearing the coloured ones..... i love em.... im 45....

I've got some purple ones, I'm 41. Probably wouldn't dare the red ones though even though the colour usually suits me.

I think I've entered a parallel universe, why would anyone need to stop wearing coloured jeans because they are over a certain age? Jeans are about as casual as you can get, so surely it just doesn't matter?

I'm ancient-and I'd wear 'em....*if* I liked the colours. I'm not a big fan of bright primary colours....though a deep purple or teal might sway me.

I wouldn't wear bright primary colours but I saw some nice muted coloured jeans in Fat Face that I was quite tempted by.

If you are worried about you stomach just wear a longish tunic over the top.
