Dodgy Dispatch Email....

I ordered a bag from Accessorize on the 6th and it was dispatched the next day. I now have the bag but have just received an email from them (I think) saying that it has just been dispatched. It's a different email address to the one I got from them last week but they both have the same order number.

Am I the only person that thinks this is really suspicious? Or am I just being silly?

Bit odd. Just ignore it and if you get lucky you'll end up with another bag you can give to someone for xmas.
It's not unusual...Just a case of the notification department getting a bit behind with their work. I've had this happen more than once with internet purchases.
Funny thing. That happened to my daughter as well just today - the bag arrived last week, she felt the same as you and was suspicious, I told her as long as they don't come asking for more money try not to worry about it

I got another email today from them apologising for the email and reassuring me that I will not be charged again. This one seems suspicious again though. The heading on the email is really blurred. It still has the correct order number and has been sent from the email address that my original email from them was sent from. Something just doesn't feel right :|

I payed via paypal so even if they have been hacked or something, my account should be fine. It's still worrying me though...
Pointed out your message to my daughter who told me she has also just received another e-mail from them, this seems to have settled her suspicions, though she didn't go through pay pal but paid with her debit card
I don't think it's at all suspicious, IMO - their despatch dept is obviously ahead of their admin department.

If you think it's at all dodgy, just phone them up and check it out - their customer service dept should know the sequence of events.
I don't think there is anything 'dodgy' about your situation, but to reassure yourself you should go to the website and find their email address and ask them if they sent you the second 2 emails. Or you could phone their head office.
