Feedback with online purchase

Where abouts in AB an I ask for help on how to .... with a less than satisfactory purchase paid for through paypal please? Want to ghet the right topic area before I start.

Did you buy from eBay, or from another supplier? I don't leave feedback on eBay but on the actual supplier site eg eBay, Amazon.

No - it was a small 1-off, paid for via PayPal. I believe the quality of the end product is not as good as it should be. Do I go back direct, or complain to PayPal in the first instance. The total cost was over £150, and they used my Credit Card etc.

You will have some redress with your credit card provider so notify them - but your first complaint should be direct to the company who sold you the item. PayPal only acts as a payment tool so you can report it to them, but they will want to know that you have done all you can to seek satisfaction from the company concerned, first. IMO.

If you take out a complaint with paypal, they have the ability to stop the amount paid by you from the sellers paypal account until a satisfactory conclusion is reached.
Your first line of attack is the seller, and if you cannot reach an agreement, go into paypal and issue a complaint.
