Has anyone out there in ABland ordered a duvet from the Daily Mail?. You collect 35 coupons then send off for the duvet, paying only for the postage. We ordered ours on 18th November and haven't received it yet.We can't find any info on how long orders take to arrive but are getting a bit worried as its nearly 7 weeks now.

Received mine just before christmas
Hi, I ordered one also, received emailed confirmation on 2nd December. I rang few weeks later, recorded message tells you delivery can take 12 weeks as stated in the paper. I've just checked my delivery status, says 'in process'. Have to say I wouldn't have bothered if I'd realised it would take so long, was hoping to have it for Christmas! I imagine there's been a huge demand.

Thank you both for replies.I receceived an email but accidentally deleted it.I think I will contact the Mail and enquire. I must say that although I like the Mail, their promos do sometimes takes ages (Rewards Club vouchers eg).I suspect they are outsourced to another company who have customer satisfaction very low on their list of priorities.
Here's the link, there's a contact number.

Sorry, headbanger, sure you could have worked that out for yourself. I like the Mail as well (shhhhh)
I haven't received mine yet either but it did say up to 12 weeks I think.
Re: Rewards Club scheme, I'm very miffed that the Tesco £5 gift cards only last for 3 months, yet nowhere printed on the card is an expiry date. The assistant at Tesco said she is sure that is illegal as it has to state the actual date when the card expires (lost three to date as I was saving them up for my large Christmas shop and says on till recepit not registered - lady says they are getting lots in like that) None of the other stores in the Rewards Club scheme are like this, I will be opting for Morrisons from now on! I have emailed Tescos twice and not had the courtesy of a reply!

Thank you suechu. I've emailed them but will use your link if no joy from that. Anne, thanks for that info.I've got a Tesco one too which I haven't used.I better get my skates on. I now order M&S ones. they are easy to spend and seem to arrive quicker.

FYI Anne I have managed to spend my Tesco giftcard online at Tesco.com. Have you still got the "out of date" gift cards. As you say there is nothing on the card to say when it expires. You can check the value online at www.tesco.com/giftcard.As they have not replied to your emails it might be worth ringing them direct

Update on the above: Duvet still not received.I did get an acknowledgement of my email promising a response within 72 hours-that was 11 days ago and I'm still waiting. suechu thanks for the link but that seems to be for if you paid full-price for it. Ann, any joy on yours yet?
No nothing yet headbanger! Re: invalid Tesco gift cards - I did the check online which said it WAS valid so took it again to Tescos to the till and this time it went through! Have already thrown 2 more away though ........ :( I'm not going to be so stupid as to order Tesco reward club gift cards anymore now - I'm just sent for an M&S card they have no expiry date.
PS When the DM had an offer on for bathroom scales saving vouchers from the paper, they took over 4 months to arrive, I had forgotten about them when they came in the post!
Question Author
Anne, glad you had some success with your Tesco vouchers. Bummer about the two you lost though.I have often had problems in Tescos with other vouchers/coupons which" the till says no" although they are in date. Looks like were in for a long wait then. I wonder how dicmor got theirs so quickly?
If anyone's interested, my duvet finally arrived today, having been ordered late November.
