goods received in error

we ordered some items from mail order and as a thank you we were suppose to receive some chocolates. Instead of the chocolates as displayed on the advice note we received a very expensive electronic gadget. Please could someone tell me is this a human error in our favour or do we have to return.

The company are collecting tomorrow. The person who was awaiting the item has contacted saying all they have received is a box of chocolates (well the advisor was limited in what she told me due to data protection). Also a new box of truffles is on its way to us. A 40% discount on the order that I placed has been applied (i thought it was on future order), but unfortunately not - Meaning that I have had a samsung camera for £30.00. So i am happy. They were over the moon with my honesty and dispite above comments they said a lot of people would never have returned it when put in my situation.

I had to ask, however grateful they were. But i have had a camera which was already half price at £100, plus i had a code for £30 off a £60 plus spend. A and on top have had it for £30. So i am happy with that. And dont forgot a packet of chocolates for ordering in the first place

Furthermore, in a single evening on AB you have qualified for an Avatar; although you'll have to wait 14days to activate it. Perhaps you already know that.
