Best place on the high street for picture frames and mounts
6 Answers
I`ve got three postcard size prints I would like to mount in one of those frames that displays them one above the other. My local framers are really expensive and it`ll probably cost me about £60. I thought I might do it myself. I don`t want to buy the frames and mounts on the internet. Does anyone know where I could get what I need? Do Wilkinsons do that sort of thing? Hobbycraft is miles away but I would go there if I knew they had what I want. I`m not sure the sizes are standard but I`ll worry about that when I come to it.

The alternative to me not doing it myself is to take them home to N Devon in a couple of weeks and get them framed there as it`ll be cheaper. I`ve measured them and they`re 5"x7" so the Argos one isn`t suitable. What I want is to pick the colours of the mounts and frame myself. Thanks anyway. I might have to make the trip to Hobbycraft. Looks like it`s going to rain like hell in a minute so that might be a nice way to pass the afternoon anyway.
