Perfume on ebay

Hi, bought perfume on ebay Thursday, like i have a number of times, with no problems. Seller stated no returns, and New with wrapper still on.
Received it today, wrapper open at bottom and perfume was yellow and stunk !
Have contacted seller to resolve the problem. But will i get a refund ?because surely this perfume was not saleable.
Anyone any advice ?

I'd give the seller about 48 hours to respond as it's the weekend
Dependant on what they say, open a dispute
Either way you must return by signed for mail for a refund

also a BH on Monday, so possibly tag another 24 hours on top of that? ^
