Faulty Microwave Bought 6 Weeks Ago From Argos...help

hi,
i bought green icrowave from argos 6 weeks ago , paid by visa debit card, i have reciept, dont know what make it is but it was 49.99 . what can i do now ? will they give me new one ? it doesnt have power now and ive changed 2 fuses tonight so its broken down.

advice please thankyou

I'm sure they will replace it if it is faulty. At worst there will be a facility to repair it for you under the guarantee
Take it back and they will refund the money. Take the receipt.

I've always found Argos to be very good with returns. I had a steam generator iron that was 11 months old when it conked out, they replaced it with a new one.
Take it back and ask for a replacement or a refund
It is obviously Not Fit For Purpose.

it was a colour match item, thing is i liked the colour, fits in real well with my colourfull kitchen, so i want same one, what if that goes, im just asking for trouble arent i lol
I assume you've tried the obvious i.e. another appliance in the same socket? Assuming it's the microwave that's faulty, just return to Argos with the receipt and they'll refund you definitely.

yea i tried the obvious, micro broken, taking it back today,,,,for the same type.
take it back with reciept they should change it for you .i took an iron back (one of the steam generators) and they changed it ,no bother
