Making Ones Own Eau De Toilet

I don't know if I'm on the right section for this question, but here goes:
Over the years Paco Rabanne have discontinued the EDT/ aftershaves that I preferred because I was not allergic to them.
Does any reader know how I can create my own by purchasing the base alcohol and a variety of fragrances? Or is there a company which will do this for me?

There are companies that will custom make your fragrance, here is one - I cannot vouch for their service as never used them.

You can get perfume oils and bases, etc from Baldwins, the herbalist on the Walworth Road in London. But the ingredients can be astonishingly expensive.
