Ocado

I'm thinking about using Ocado for home deliveries as I've got a £20 off voucher for my first delivery. I've read the reviews which were posted in 2013, and wondered if they still apply and whether their standard is still the same.
Any comments appreciated.

Just to add....Ocado came out top (for online supermarket shopping) in a recent Which? report...just beating Iceland(!) and Waitrose. Asda was at the bottom.
