I don't think that accept calls any more. If you log on to Amazon and click on contact us they will offer to ring you back immediately or at a convenient time for you. If you want to try the number it is:-

If its about something you bought, go to that item and it says something like, if you are not happy etc, click on that, and you have the options to e-mail or phone, its so fast as well.

thank you, yes, I called the number and a nice lady helped me and she said after being on hold for a while, she said my refund should be in my bank in 5 to 7 days, they give you the option for a call back now or in 5 mins, I chose now and this was before 7am and I got a call straight away, good service to Amazon, thank you for giving me the number guys
