When the price on the packing of the item in DUNELM shows £4.99 and you get charged £6.00 for it at the till. Don't bother posting a review because anything negative you write will be "moderated" i.e. censored. So a word of advice: If you do decide to shop at DUNELM, make sure that you double check any price before you actually buy anything.
Had this 2 weeks ago bought 2 shower mats said £4.99 on packaging got to till charged £12 said to woman it's says £4.99 on the packaging got refund straight away so happy
it is an offer to treat
so no they dont have to sell at that price
BUT if they are offering something at a price they wont charge then the trading standards people should be interested
yes convoluted I know
1975 canada - it is marked 75c I dont understand ( me)
clerk at till: we are selling at 2 dallarz do you understand that ?
my brother later: canuck till clerks are pretty rude it is a country wide phenomenon as far as we can see.....
so yeah
bad luck
give em hell at the till seems to be the answer
i have this all the time. If they advertise it at a price, espically if its on the product they must honour it, it's the law. Threaten them with trading standards that always works
